| TERMS AND CONDITIONS (READ CAREFULLY) Damage, destruction or loss or equipment while in use, client agrees to pay all charges and cost thereof. The client further agrees to accept full responsibility of any injury to self or other persons for any damage, to the property, client and other persons that may result through the use or misuse or equipment, or in any manner otherwise, from the departure of the equipment from the premises, until equipment is returned or picked up. Additional charges will be applied to repair damage due to abuse, misuse, overload, or negligence. KASH4 is not responsible for any damage incurred by handling customer's personal property. We hereby hold harmless KASH4 for all liability that might occur for the use of the equipment and agree to furnish on request a Certificate of Insurance. Unpaid debts will incur 1% interest monthly plus all cost of collection. Equipment returned by the client or picked up by KASH4 from the client after the contracted return/pickup agreement - such as an additional trip for KASH4 to secure equipment - are subject to additional rental charges, (to include 20% Service Charge and additional Delivery/Pickup cost).
